Is Paid Social Media Jobs a Scam?

social media jobs
So many times you come across websites that talk about the amount of income that can be earned through sites like Twitter and Facebook, that it is hard to know whether or not this is for real.

But if I was to tell you that there are hundreds of people that know this, out of the millions that use the sites on a daily basis.
Many of you spend time uploading images, videos and just about anything else that springs to mind, that you don’t realise that you can actually earn some dollars from doing this.
Many of the huge corporations such as McDonald’s and Coca Cola have been using social media as a way of driving visitors to their brands by the way of using social media.
The reason for this is because they can cover a wider audience 24/7 because the internet never sleeps, unlike a TV Commercial where they are reliant on you actually watching the Ad.
How Does This Work?
Take a look at this Video for more information.
Simply fill in your details; email address, age, country of residence and how many hours you can work.
You do need a reliable internet connection and have knowledge of using Facebook or Twitter or both and that’s it!
What’s involved?
After filling in the questionnaire on the front page you are taken to another page which explains what you will be, a “Social Media Manager”.
I wouldn’t worry about the title because that isn’t what really matters; it’s the type of jobs that are on offer, which is the most important thing.
After paying the fee on this page you will be taken through to your Training, this can take maybe three days or longer depending on your own abilities.
Then after this you will be taken through to the VIP page where you will find jobs that you can apply for.
Notice: I said jobs you can apply for.
You would think that after paying out some money that you wouldn’t have to do anything else but unfortunately that isn’t the case, you do still have to apply for the jobs that you like or think you can do.
This is going to depend on your own abilities to complete the tasks that you may have to do and may not be as easy as it sounds.
Conclusion
Is Paid Media Jobs a Scam?
In my opinion it isn’t a scam because you are paying for a course and for them to find appropriate job opportunities for you.
However my main concern is that I don’t know if their database is kept up to date or the information is correct.
You can in all honesty find the jobs yourself without too much difficulty, it just depends on whether you want to do it or let someone else do it for you.

Surge In Online Writing Jobs Market

Recently the online jobs market has experienced a huge surge in demand for freelance writers, which is providing a new income source for the unemployed, retirees, college students and stay at home mums and dads. More and more brick and mortar businesses are starting to get a presence online and this is creating demand for workers who can assist with writing articles, blog posts, newsletters and Facebook posts for businesses. Freelance writers are anyone who works for businesses on a job by job basis, usually working online and from home. Writers who work in this capacity are very appealing to businesses because it saves the additional costs and overheads of hiring a full time staff member just to handle some of the additional writing work. It’s also a winning situation for the people who are filling these freelance writing positions because it means that they get to work from home and instead of having one ‘boss’ they have multiple ‘clients’ who they choose to work with, and can choose to stop working with any particular client at any time, because there are always millions of other potential businesses online looking to hire good writers. It can also be a fun and interesting career, as we discovered when we spoke to one of our readers ‘Karen’, who has successfully been working for herself online as a freelance writer for almost two years now: “I love being a freelance writer online, I get to work my own hours whilst still being able to stay home with my kids. I started about two years ago and have been able to make a great part time income with writing jobs online. One of the best things about it is that because there are so many employers online looking for part time writing workers right now, I can pick and choose which projects I want to work on and focus on topics are interesting to me, which keeps the work fun!” You don’t have to be a professional writer to capitalize on freelance writing opportunities. People with engineering, scientific, medical or computer expertise are highly sought as technical writers; and how-to articles offer income opportunities for anyone with a hobbyist’s specialized knowledge, which could be anything from cooking, cars, parenting, decoration to art and everything else between. Karen got her start with writing jobs online by signing up to the website ‘PaidOnlineWritingJobs.com’, which provides a comprehensive training course on every aspect of making money online with freelance writing jobs and also has a job database updated daily with new writing job opportunities over the world. The Job That Actually REQUIRES You To Be On Facebook All Day

For most of us, being on Facebook during work time is something that can get us in big trouble, if not fired. However there is a new and rapidly growing profession that actually requires you to spend all day on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. They are called ‘Social Media Managers‘ These are the people who manage the Facebook, Twitter and YouTube profiles for businesses all over the world. The social media train for businesses is huge right now and Inc magazine estimates that 91% of all businesses are currently using social media. The most amazing thing about this emerging field of ‘Social Media Managers’ is that because it’s such a new industry and is constantly changing, there is no actual recognised qualification or degree to become one. Social media management if kind of the ‘Wild West’ of the job market right now, there are millions of businesses looking to hire people for these positions and virtually no university qualified candidates. This has lead to a really interesting situation where the majority of people getting hired for these types of jobs are ordinary people who have never had any prior experience with marketing or social media. According to Tom from ‘PaidSocialMediaJobs.com’, one of the leading online employment sites for Social Media jobs: “Over 70% of our new members who join our program and go on to be successful social media managers have never worked in sales, IT or marketing before. They are just ordinary men and women who are outgoing, social and enjoy connecting with people.” The main tasks that social media managers complete include: Setting up and managing profiles on the big social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and YouTube Interacting with followers and subscribers Helping businesses increase their social media following According to PayScale.com, the average salary for Social Media managers is currently $67,343, and this is likely to increase because the demand for social media managers is currently far outweighing the supply. If you think that working in the field of social media could be for you, PaidSocialMediaJobs.com is a great place to find out more about this emerging field and maybe even begin a whole new career.
